Statistical Analysis of SERVQUAL

HI again,

Im using an ammended version of SERVQUAL which can deal with measuring service quality within an IT Service setting.

I have received the reponses back from the host organisation and am ready to analyse the data.

Does anyone have information regarding the actual statistical work that will need to be conducted by myself to get the data into some sort of workable form?

These are the steps that i beleive i need to do:-

1) Use varimax factor loading techniques to compress the data i have
2) Use the Mann-Whitney test on the Factor 1 Attributes
3) Use the Wilcoxon Test on the Factor 2 Attributes
4) See what i can derive from the information.

Any help would be great.
