I am a social work student at the university of Cape Town, currently doing my honours in social policy and management. I have adapted the servqual questionnaire to research service-users' perceptions of the services provided by a local school clinic.
Please browse my proposal. I would like to invite feedback on the proposal, particularly the plan for analyzing the data, and feedback on the questionnare as well.
