I am a social work honours student at UCT. I have adapted the most recent version of servqual for my research assessing teachers' perceptions of the quality of services provided by a local school clinic. I am interested in whether anyone else has adapted SERVQUAL for the welfare service provision industry. I have read Babakus and Mangold's (2001) adaptation to hospital settings, but have not found any other articles of servqual's use in the welfare/ social services industry. Any suggestions?
