Does anyone have any useful links or information regarding the introduction of a customer satisfaction survey?
Its not strictly in questionaire format that i need to construct the survey....each client may need a different approach and technique appropriate to them to obtain their views. As our clients are extremely varied some in for example working on the shop floor without access to computers and some working actually within I.T.!! Has anyone any information on the different techniques to gain information from different kinds of customers?
