Hi, I'm currently writing my MBA dissertation on the mobile telephony industry and would appreciate any tips on applying the servqual dimensions to my data analysis.
My questionnaire has been prepared and is being distributed but the interpretation bit is where I'm at now.
I'll appreciate any kind of help I can get.
